本文选取了国内几家知名的上市饲料企业为例,重点围绕着上市企业资本结构与发展模式来展开阐述。以我国北方某省份地区为例,该省不仅是我国的粮食生产大省,同时也是畜牧大省,包括在年畜牧产品产量以及存栏量等方面,都排在全国前列位置,饲料生产总产量不足是严重限制着当地畜牧产业发展的阻碍因素。在2013年,该省全年度的饲料总产量仅为1300多万吨,而市场区域内总消费需求却高达4500万吨,也就是说,大约近七成的饲料市场份额都需要从外省饲料市场来索取,这也意味着,当地的饲料行业主导地位已然被外省饲料企业所占据。究其根本,很大原因要归咎于当地饲料企业资本结构及发展模式的不合理,以及当地饲料企业经营管理方式无法与新时期饲料市场发展、需求实际相适应。

In 2013, the province’s total feed production was only 13 million tons for the full year, while the total consumer demand in the market area was as high as 45 million tons. That is to say, about 70% of the feed market share needed from the feed market of other provinces It also means that the dominance of the local feed industry is already occupied by foreign feed companies. The fundamental reason for this is attributed largely to the unreasonable capital structure and development model of the local feed enterprises and the fact that the management practices of the local feed enterprises can not be adapted to the actual development of the feed market and demand in the new era.
