随着司法鉴定体制改革的不断深入,司法鉴定部门有序组织开展科学化、规范化质量年活动,即规范鉴定机构的组成,优化鉴定机构的岗位人员设置,明确其岗位工作任务,这有利于提升社会司法鉴定机构的信誉,提高司法鉴定的工作效率,优化司法鉴定的工作程序,促进司法鉴定的可持续性发展。其中,优化司法鉴定工作人员组合,明确司法鉴定岗位人员的业务素质和工作职责将直接影响到规范化司法鉴定质量年活动的深入开展。本文从司法鉴定实践角度出发,深入分析司法鉴定岗位工作任务,旨在进一步推动司法鉴定体制的改革。
