父亲列名发起文学研究会,作文支持《小说月报》之革新,都由郑振铎先生通讯接头。1921年3月,父亲始访沈雁冰于其上海鸿兴坊寓所,第一个印象就是他思路之精密与知识之广博,又得见其弟沈泽民先生,亦一强毅英挺之青年。闻说郑振铎先生亦已莅沪,乃相约于次日游半淞园,商量创刊《文学旬刊》,印行《文学研究会丛书》,并摄影留念。父亲站于右边,沈雁冰席地而坐于其前,郑振铎坐于中间, 旁一少年即沈泽民。
