白带是极普通妇科三大症状(白带、出血、腹痛)之一,它是一种体液,由阴道流出,来源于粘膜:阴道、子宫颈、子宫体、前庭大腺、尿道旁腺,外阴(虽然极少量)等。阴道壁没有腺体,白带是由于渗透液混合阴道上皮而致。在正常情况下,所有的妇女均有一定量的蛋清样或白色的粘性分泌物,正常的白带一般量很少,不易觉察,其量及感觉因人而异。检查时发现两个人有同样多的白带,一人可能为了外阴潮湿而痛苦,但另一人可以完全没有感觉到有白带。对于每个妇科患者必须详细询问有关白带方面的情况,如下:
