利用高压水力系统在实验室对不同设计参数的高压水射流喷嘴进行了切割不同硬度试样的试验,找出了喷嘴参数与割缝宽度和深度的关系,优化了割缝喷嘴的设计和加工参数,为高压旋转水射流割缝喷嘴的设计和加工以及割缝技术在煤矿瓦斯抽采领域的应用提供了实验依据。
The high pressure hydraulic system was used in the laboratory to test the high pressure water jet nozzle with different design parameters. The relationship between the nozzle parameters and the width and depth of the kerf was obtained, and the design and processing parameters of the kerf nozzle were optimized , Which provided the experimental basis for the design and processing of high pressure rotary water jet cutting nozzle and the application of kerf technology in coal mine gas drainage.
