酒精保存异体硬脑膜作为一种新材料已应用于临床.我们用该材料施行额肌悬吊术治疗先天性及外伤性上睑下垂13例17眼,随访观察1年,效果满意.现将结果报告如下:病例选择:先天性上睑下垂11例15眼,男7例9眼,女4例6眼,年龄最小18岁,最大35岁,平均23岁.眼睑外伤所致2例2眼,病情稳定1年后.术前检查,上睑提肌肌力均<4mm,平视睑裂高度<4mm.同时查Bell现象,眼球运动,视力及眼部常规检查.
