目的:观察穿心莲成分API0134预防用药对动脉粥样硬化(AS)家兔血清一氧化氮(NO),血浆内皮素(ET)、环鸟苷酸(cGMP)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:采用高胆固醇饲料喂饲另加牛血清白蛋白一次注射方法,建立家兔AS模型,随机分为对照组,模型组和API0134用药组,各组在实验第4周和第8周取血标本测定上述参数。结果:与模型组比较,穿心莲成分API0134预防用药4周及8周,均能提高NO、cGMP含量和SOD活性(P<0.01),降低ET和LPO含量(P<0.01)。结论:API0134具有抗氧化、保护内皮功能和维持NO/ET平衡的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the preventive effect of Andrographis paniculata API0134 on serum nitric oxide (NO), plasma endothelin (ET), cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), lipid peroxide (LPO) and atherosclerosis (AS) in rabbits. The effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD). METHODS: A high-cholesterol diet was fed together with one injection of bovine serum albumin. Rabbit AS models were established and randomly divided into control group, model group, and API0134 group. Blood was collected at the 4th and 8th week of the experiment. The specimen determines the above parameters. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the preventive treatment of Andrographis paniculata API0134 at 4 weeks and 8 weeks could increase NO, cGMP content and SOD activity (P<0.01), and decrease ET and LPO content (P<0.01). Conclusion: API0134 has anti-oxidation, endothelial protection and maintains NO/ET balance.
