本刊在上期做了中西医结合发展与现代科技交叉专题,主要讨论了中西医结合发展的方向、意义及思路。本期将继续上期的专题,介绍中西医结合与现代科技交叉的部分主要内容。希望可以将中西医结合发展与现代科技交叉从理论到实践两方面完整的呈现给读者。为本刊撰文的几位作者就中西医结合的发展及其与现代科技多学科交叉等问题取得了许多共识,并在此基础上提出了以下几点建议:1.当前中西医结合要以解决世界医学难题,减轻人民医疗费用负担,实现人人享有卫生医疗保健的权利为目的。2.中西医结合医学是我国独有的医学,是独立于中医学和西医学之外的学科。中西医结合工作包括中西医工作者的团结合作、临床实践的优势互补和理论体系的有机结合。中西医结合的模式应该是多元并存。开展中西医结合医学学科建设将大力促进中西医结合医学的学术进步。国家应在加强人才培养的基础上,投入资金开展中西医结合医学的学科建设。3.光子中医学将为中西医结合提供理论和技术平台,并将成为中医现代化的一个重要方向。国家应关注该领域的发展和加大投入,尽快建设相应重点科研基地,促进各学科的交流与合作,以利于现代光子学技术与传统中医学方法的结合,一体化、全方位地共同解决中医学专用的诊疗、养生保健等重大问题。4.中医药学要不断吸纳现代科技成果为我所用、与己结合,发展壮大自己。现代科技多学科应在中医理论和临床特色中找准切入点,开展工作。要加强对某些重大疑难疾病(如艾滋病等)的攻关治疗,让国际社会广泛认识中医学理、法、方、药的理论和实践特色与优势,以利于中医药的深入研究发展和造福于人民。5.充分利用现代科学技术,与包括理科、工科在内的学科交叉将促进中西医结合医学的发展。为创立新的医学理论,解决单独中医和单独西医所未能解决的问题。6.强化重大疾病诊疗规范,建立中医特有的诊断和疗效评价标准已十分迫切。多学科交叉将有助于中医诊断和疗效评估的客观化(如望、闻、切、诊),如光子中医学的发展将发挥重要作用。7.加强人才培养是中西医结合发展的关键。中医教育必须深化改革,培养出一大批在临床上过得硬的中医师,这是振兴中医的基础。中西医结合应以研究为主,但不可脱离用中医药为主的临床工作。西医学院的高等教育,应增加中医学时,以利参与中西医结合工作。国家应制定相关政策,鼓励和吸引西医学和其他非医学学科的科技工作者加入中西医结合研究队伍,促进学科交叉。
In this issue, we made a cross-cutting theme on the combination of integrative medicine and modern science and technology, mainly discussing the direction, significance and thinking of the development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. This issue will continue the topic of the previous issue and introduce some of the major contents of the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine with modern science and technology. Hope that the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and modern science and technology can cross from theory to practice both presented to the reader. Several authors of this publication have made many consensuses on the development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and their cross-disciplinary issues with modern science and technology. Based on this, they made the following suggestions: 1. At present, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine should be solved The world’s medical problems, to reduce the burden on people’s medical expenses, to achieve the right of everyone to health and medical care for the purpose. 2. Integrated Chinese and Western medicine is our country’s unique medicine, is independent of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine outside the discipline. The integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine includes the solidarity and cooperation among Chinese and Western medical workers, the complementary advantages of clinical practice and the organic combination of theoretical systems. Integrative medicine model should be pluralistic. Carrying out the construction of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine will greatly promote the academic progress of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. On the basis of strengthening personnel training, the state should invest funds in the discipline construction of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. 3. Photon Chinese medicine will provide theoretical and technical platform for the integration of Chinese and Western medicine and will become an important direction for the modernization of Chinese medicine. The state should pay attention to the development in this area and increase investment, establish the corresponding key scientific research bases as soon as possible, and promote the exchange and cooperation of various disciplines in order to facilitate the integration of modern photonics technology and traditional Chinese medicine methods Medical-specific diagnosis and treatment, health care and other major issues. 4. Chinese medicine should continue to absorb the fruits of modern science and technology for my use, and have combined to develop and grow their own. Multidisciplinary modern science and technology should be in the TCM theory and clinical features in the entry point, work. It is necessary to strengthen the tackling of some major and difficult diseases (such as AIDS) and make the international community widely understand the theoretical and practical characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, law, prescription and medicine so as to facilitate further research and development and the benefit of traditional Chinese medicine people. 5. Make full use of modern science and technology, and including science, engineering subjects, including interdisciplinary will promote the development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. To create a new theory of medicine to solve problems that can not be solved by Chinese medicine alone and Western medicine alone. 6. To strengthen the diagnosis and treatment of major diseases norms, the establishment of TCM-specific diagnostic and evaluation criteria have been very urgent. Multidisciplinary interdisciplinary research will help objectify TCM diagnosis and assessment of curative effects (such as observation, smearing, dissection and diagnosis) and will play an important role in the development of photon Chinese medicine. 7. Strengthening personnel training is the key to the development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Chinese medicine education must deepen reform and cultivate a large number of Chinese medicine practitioners who work hard in the clinic. This is the basis for rejuvenating Chinese medicine. Integrative Medicine should be based on research, but can not be separated from the use of traditional Chinese medicine-based clinical work. Western Medicine Institute of higher education, should increase the time of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to facilitate the integration of Chinese and Western medicine. Countries should formulate relevant policies to encourage and attract Western medical science and other non-medical science and technology workers to join the Integrative Medicine research team to promote interdisciplinary.
