美国经济学家、诺贝尔奖获得者舒尔茨,在对美国20世纪以来经济与工业的高速发展作评价时指出:“在当代美国的经济发展中,人才资本已占据了显著的地位。20世纪以来,美国90%的产品更新依靠的是人才的智力,而不是传统的劳力或资本。”由此可见,如何提升职业经理人在市场竞争与企业发展中的作用,增强与外企的抗衡能力,就成了我们迫在眉睫的首要任务。要实现这个战略目标,职业经理人应该具备如下七个方面的能力素质。
