学生公寓是集体息、学习、储藏、卫生清洁、交通等功能于一身的环境,创建一个舒适整齐的宿舍环境,不仅锻炼了学生的动手能力,而且有利于提高整体学生的文明素养。本文浅析5S与高职学生公寓文化建设的相融性,从而将企业管理的要求及方式迁移并内化于其中,以充分发挥高校学生公寓的育人功能,从而不断提升高职学生的职业素养,丰富大学生公寓文化建设的内涵。
The student apartment is an environment of collective interest, learning, storage, sanitation and cleaning, transportation and other functions. The establishment of a comfortable and tidy dormitory environment not only exercises the students’ hands-on ability but also helps improve the overall student’s cultural accomplishment. This article analyzes the compatibility of 5S with the cultural construction of student apartments in vocational colleges, so as to transfer and internalize the requirements and ways of business management in order to give full play to the educational functions of student apartments in colleges and universities so as to improve the occupations of higher vocational students Literacy, Enrich the Connotation of College Students’ Apartment Cultural Construction.
