经历30年国际化征程,中国海油已经成为目前中国国际化程度较高的企业之一,其海外资产达到公司核心资产总额的40%。2013年2月26日,中国海油完成对加拿大尼克森公司收购,151亿美元的交易是迄今为止中国企业成功完成的最大一笔海外并购。收购尼克森后,中国海油的海外资产达到了公司核心资产总额的40%,成为目前中国国际化程度较高的企业之一。中国海油成立之日起,就站到了国际合作的前沿领域。三十年磨剑,其国际化历程中的启示与收获,对于我国所有正在“走出去”的企业都有借鉴意义。
After 30 years of internationalization, CNOOC has become one of the most internationalized companies in China with its overseas assets reaching 40% of the company’s total core assets. On February 26, 2013, CNOOC Limited completed the acquisition of Canada’s Nixon Corporation and the transaction amounting to USD15.1 billion was by far the largest overseas acquisition of Chinese enterprises successfully completed. After the acquisition of Nixon, CNOOC’s overseas assets reached 40% of the company’s total core assets and became one of the most internationalized companies in China at present. Since the founding of CNOOC, it has come to the forefront of international cooperation.
