针对目前自卸车驱动桥壳概念设计过程模型继承特性明显,参数不确定程度较高的问题,提出在自卸车驱动桥壳概念方案设计过程运用空间缩小理论与区间传播定理,将桥壳模型主要参数变化范围进一步缩小,最终找到满足性能需求的主要参数的求解范围,并通过有限元方法对自卸车驱动桥壳概念设计模型进行应力、变形和寿命验证。研究结果表明,通过空间缩小理论与区间传播定理,概念设计的自卸车驱动桥壳模型主要参数变化区间得到明显缩小,消除初始设计空间的不确定信息,并采用有限元方法对优化结果的合理性进行验证。
Aiming at the problem that the conceptual design process model of dump truck axle housing design has obvious inheritance characteristics and high uncertainty of parameters, the paper presents the concept of space reduction and interval propagation theorem in the conceptual design of dump truck drive axle housing. The main parameters of axle housing model The range of variation is further reduced, and finally the range of solving the main parameters satisfying the performance requirements is found. The stress, deformation and life of the conceptual design model of the truck axle housing are verified by the finite element method. The results show that the change range of the main parameters of the truck-mounted axle housing model with conceptual design is obviously reduced by the space reduction theory and the interval propagation theorem, and the uncertain information of the initial design space is eliminated, and the rationality of the optimization result is solved by the finite element method authenticating.
