中性红与小牛胸腺DNA相互作用机理的电化学和紫外-可见光谱研究

利用电化学方法研究了中性红 ( NR)与小牛胸腺脱氧核糖核酸 ( CT-DNA)的相互作用 ,发现溶液 p H值的变化会改变二者相互作用的方式 .紫外 -可见吸收光谱的研究进一步确证了上述的结果 .

The interaction between neutral red (NR) and calf thymus deoxyribonucleic acid (CT-DNA) was studied electrochemically and it was found that the change of the p H value of the solution changed the way of the interaction between the two.Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra The study further confirmed the above results.
