总行研究决定,停办各省、自治区、直辖市分行、各直属分行及辖属分支机构(以下简称各机构)所办报刊。现就有关要求通知如下: 一、各机构所办各类报刊从2000年1月1日起原则上一律停办。有条件的行可以在1999年下半年停刊。 二、天津、长春、武汉管理干部学院保留一份刊物(中国农业银行党校校刊除外)。 三、对部分机构所办的有公开刊号并主要面向社会发行的报刊,报经总行批准后,可以继续保留。经总行批准继续保留的刊物,要按照独立核算、自负盈亏的原则,
The Head Office decided to stop the newspapers and periodicals run by the branches of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, branches directly under the jurisdiction and branch offices under their jurisdiction (hereinafter referred to as the “institutions”).
