The extensive development of sports has promoted the rapid development of modern sports science. However, the development of sports science has greatly promoted the overall improvement of the level of sports and recreation. This puts forward new and higher requirements to the majority of sports workers. In “Out of Asia, to the world,” the call, in 1981, China’s athletes in the world’s major competitions, won a total of 25 world championships; 10 11 times to break and exceed 8 world records, 2 1 team level 3 world records; a total of 295 gold medals were won in more than three countries; the table tennis team won seven championships at the 36th World Table Tennis Championships; and the women’s volleyball team was hard at work and defeated Qunfang for the first time in the world.
