对于维持性血液透析(MHD)患者,皮肤瘙痒是常见的临床症状。单纯血液透析治疗者皮肤瘙痒发生率为60%～90%[1]。结合我科实际,我们采用血液灌流串联血液透析的方法治疗MHD患者顽固性皮肤瘙痒24例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料24例患者均为我科血液透析室维持性透析3～6年的患者,男16例,女8例,年龄24～72岁,平均50.3岁。原发病:糖尿病肾病10例,慢性肾小球肾炎8例,高血压
