针对三黎高速沿线遇到的大量强至中风化板岩,通过压实试验、崩解试验及CBR强度试验研究,表明强至中风化板岩填料具有良好的压实性能,但其抵抗干湿循环及自然风化崩解能力较差,CBR值随浸水时间及干湿循环次数的增加而逐渐减小。随后开展了强至中风化板岩路基现场碾压试验研究,采用压实度、沉降差、E_(vd)以及K_(30)等多种方法对路基压实质量进行检测,探讨不同碾压机械、铺土厚度以及碾压遍数等施工参数组合对压实效果的影响,得到适用于依托工程路基填筑的施工工艺参数及质量控制标准;提出强至中风化板岩路基压实质量控制应以沉降差为主,并结合施工工艺参数来控制,同时用K_(30)、E_(vd)检测等手段来配合。该法可为类似软岩路基的质量控制、检测和评价提供参考。
