“夕阳无限好,剪报可养生”。每—个中老年人都是自己命运的建筑师,都可以发挥潜能营造一个健康欢乐而有作为的天地,颐养天年。1996年我刚离休下来,无所事事,便感精神空虚,老来无用,养生无道。由于头脑清闲饱吃酣睡身体日渐肥胖,糖尿病、冠心病相继袭来,痔疮便秘也跟我作对,经常便血,有苦难言,疾病的困扰,加快了衰老,使我深感养生的必要。于是看书读报时见到别人的养生经验,我便随手剪下来,特别是对自己疾病有关的内容更是倍加关注。随着剪报的数量越来越多,其指导作用也越来越大,兴趣也越来越浓,我便慢慢地“迷”上了剪报,成天钻进旧报纸堆里剪呀贴的,如痴如醉。剪报首先是收集材料。我采用“吃里求外”的方法,广收博采。“吃里”就是靠自力更生,买书订报。我订
