上海第五钢铁厂用“热闷罐”法对转炉渣进行“裂解”和“消解”处理,作为产品之一的含金属铁(MFe)渣粉,可以不经过筛选,直接用原渣粉配加水泥和石灰作为粘结剂进行造块,最佳配比是渣粉∶水泥∶石灰=90∶8∶2,加水10%,造块后经过7天养护,常温落下强度和900℃高温强度均满足要求。本研究确定的冷结造块法,工艺过程简单,为转炉含MFe渣粉的增值利用,提供了有效的途径。
