江苏科技工作走外向型道路,就经济数字看,跟经贸部门及一些大企业相比有很大差距。但是科技工作走外向型道路却有着重要意义,江苏省政府对此项工作十分关心和重视,于是,就开始了 自1993年始,江苏省科委在推行科技成果产业化、商品化进程中,前瞻性探索“科技工作面向外向型经济、外向型经济依靠科技进步”的路子,一批技术成果在巴西开花结果,加快了科技成果国际化的进程。
Jiangsu’s science and technology work takes an outward-looking path. As far as economic figures are concerned, there is a big gap compared with the economic and trade departments and some large enterprises. However, it is of great significance for the scientific and technological work to take an outward-looking road. The Jiangsu provincial government attaches great importance to this work. As a result, since 1993, Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Commission has been looking forward to the industrialization and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements To explore the path of “science and technology oriented toward the export-oriented economy and the export-oriented economy rely on scientific and technological progress”, a number of technical achievements blossom in Brazil and accelerated the process of internationalization of scientific and technological achievements.
