OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether long-term presence of anti-β1-adrenergic receptor extracellular loop antibody may have an effect on the structure and function of rat liver. Methods: The model of active immune was established. Masson trichrome staining and serological markers reflecting liver function were used to observe the effect of long-term presence of anti-β1-adrenergic receptor extracellular loop on liver structure and function. Results: Masson staining showed that in the sinusoidal weeks
