目前以苦寒泻下、饥饱劳倦等方法诱导的脾虚动物模型存在规范性、特异性等方面问题。基因突变小鼠如APC~(min/+)、基因敲除小鼠Txnip~(-/-)、IP3R2~(-/-)、db/db小鼠以及条件性敲除Pten小鼠具有易感肿瘤、肌肉失养、肥胖、能量代谢障碍等特征,与脾虚运化失司、清阳不升、聚湿生痰和抗病能力降低相关。基于转基因小鼠结合饥饱劳倦等方法构建的病证结合脾虚模型更为客观、可信和可重复性,该类模型具有较好的转化潜力并将有助于深化脾虚证侯的本质研究。
