在氧化铝生产流程中,采用考克和低压阀门来控制传输大量的有一定温度的强碱溶液,每年消耗φ150以下的考克和低压阀门数以千计,耗资达15万元,经常发生滴漏串料等现象,不仅流失了碱液还影响了生产质量。上海橡胶制品研究所借鉴国外有关技术资料设计了φ100蝶阀。并研制成了耐温耐腐蚀蝶阀橡胶衬套,具有体积小,重量轻,易制造,操作轻便,密封性好等特点,通过了书面技术鉴定。
