黄热病是一种由蚊传播的急性热病,多发生于热带南美和撒哈拉沙漠以南的非洲。本文报告4例接种黄热病毒疫苗后发展为重病。所有4例年龄均超过63岁。
Yellow fever is a mosquito-borne acute fever that occurs mostly in tropical South America and sub-Saharan Africa. This article reports 4 cases of yellow fever virus vaccine developed into serious illness. All four cases were over 63 years of age.
