[目的]观察YN-150型戊二醛熏蒸柜的灭菌效果,为临床应用提供试验依据。[方法]2008年1月根据《消毒技术规范》灭菌与消毒器械消毒功效鉴定,采用载体定性杀菌试验方法进行实验室灭菌试验。[结果]熏蒸柜经6.5 h的预热、灭菌、冲洗、干燥、抽气过程,用含20 g/L戊二醛700±50 ml,可杀灭暴露于柜室内各层不同位置布放的不锈钢片及器械头上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢。当戊二醛用量在350±50 ml时,实验后的不锈钢载体及器械头经培养仍有细菌生长。[结论]YN-150型戊二醛熏蒸柜在本试验控制条件下,可杀灭完全暴露的不锈钢染菌载体及器械头上的细菌芽孢,戊二醛用量对灭菌效果有影响。
[Objective] To observe the sterilization effect of YN-150 glutaraldehyde fumigation cabinet and provide experimental basis for clinical application. [Method] In January 2008, the disinfection efficacy of sterilization and disinfection equipment was identified according to “Technical Specifications of Disinfection”, and the laboratory sterilization test was carried out by using the method of carrier qualitative sterilization. [Result] The fumigation cabinet was preheated, sterilized, rinsed, dried and extracted with 6.5 h for 700 h and contained 700 ± 50 ml of 20 g / L glutaraldehyde, which could kill the exposure to various positions in the cabinet. Stainless steel sheet and the head of the Bacillus subtilis variants. When the amount of glutaraldehyde 350 ± 50 ml, the experimental stainless steel carrier and instrument head still cultured bacteria growth. [Conclusion] The YN-150 type glutaraldehyde fumigation cabinet can kill completely exposed stainless steel stain carrier and bacterial spores under the control of this test. The dosage of glutaraldehyde has an impact on the sterilization effect.
