港口作为综合运输体系的重要枢纽,是经济全球化中宝贵的战略性资源。本文以连云港港口集团为分析主体,探讨了该集团公司现有的管控模式,发现现有的模式导致了集团公司出现了管理运营成本增加、人员机构庞大复杂、对分子公司管控较弱等问题,在结合管控理论的基础上对现有的模式进行了优化,提出了事业部制管控模式,并对新旧模式作了对比。
As an important hub of the integrated transport system, the port is a precious strategic resource in economic globalization. This article takes Lianyungang Port Group as the main body of the analysis and explores the existing management and control mode of the group company. It finds that the existing model has led to the problems of the group company including the increase of management and operation cost, the large and complicated personnel organization and the weak control over the molecular company, Based on the theory of management and control, the existing mode is optimized, the management control mode of business department is proposed, and the old and new modes are compared.
