阿洛西林是一广谱半合成青霉素,对革兰阳性菌和阴性菌及铜绿假单胞菌均有良好的抗菌作用。因其抗菌谱广、抗菌作用强、疗效确切,同时耐受性好,不良反应发生率低,且多轻微,在临床上被广泛应用。近年来国内陆续有文献报道其不良反应,现将临床报道归纳如下。
Azlocillin is a broad spectrum of semi-synthetic penicillin, Gram-positive bacteria and negative bacteria and Pseudomonas aeruginosa have a good antibacterial effect. Because of its broad antibacterial spectrum, strong antibacterial effect, the exact effect, at the same time, good tolerance, low incidence of adverse reactions, and more mild, is widely used in clinical practice.
