各种肾脏疾病发展为肾功能衰竭(RF)的机理有多种学说。现已证明,蛋白尿不只是肾小球损伤的表现,其本身可致RF的发生,蛋白尿的严重程度与RF的进展速度密切相关。本文就蛋白尿在RF进展中的作用及其机理作一论述。 1 蛋白尿与肾脏疾病进展之临床关系 40例经肾活检确诊的局灶节段性肾小球硬化和系膜毛细血管性肾小球肾炎患者,随访6~10年,有肾病综合征(NS)表现者预后差,膜性肾病者中,40%有NS表现者(观察54.8个月)肾功能进行性衰竭。另300例IgA肾病者中,尿蛋白>1g/日者
There are many theories about the mechanism of various kidney diseases developing into renal failure (RF).
