专项资金在行政事业单位的行政经费中所占比例相对较高,对于行政事业单位各项社会公共服务职能的发挥也具有至关重要的作用。本文针对行政事业单位专项资金的管理,首先分析了我国行政事业单位专项资金管理中存在的一些问题,进而有着对性的提出了改进提高行政事业单位专项资金管理的具体措施。
The proportion of special funds in the administrative expenses of administrative units is relatively high, and plays a crucial role in giving play to various social public service functions of administrative units. This article aims at the management of special funds of administrative institutions, first of all analyzes some problems existing in the management of special funds of administrative institutions in our country, and then puts forward concrete measures to improve the special fund management of administrative institutions.
