提出了一种基于多端输出的电流控制第二代电流传输器(current controlled second generation current conveyorwith multiple outputs,MOCCCⅡ)的任意电流模式滤波器综合设计方法。通过对n阶任意电流模式滤波器传递函数进行分析,将其分解成用积分器实现的表达式,并对输出电流信号进行组合,实现了任意电流模式滤波器的综合。由该方法导出的滤波器所需元件较少,n阶滤波器仅需2n+1个MOCCCⅡ和n个电容,所有电容均接地,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容。给出了3阶椭圆低通滤波器和巴特沃斯滤波器的设计实例,PSPICE仿真结果与理论分析相吻合,验证了该方法的可行性。
An integrated design method of current mode filter based on multi-terminal current-controlled second generation current conveyor with multiple outputs (MOCCCⅡ) is proposed. By analyzing the n-order arbitrary current mode filter transfer function, it is decomposed into an expression implemented by an integrator, and the output current signals are combined to realize the synthesis of any current mode filter. The filter required by this method requires fewer components. The n-order filter requires only 2n + 1 MOCCC II and n capacitors, all of which are grounded for integration and VLSI process compatibility. The design examples of the 3rd order elliptic low pass filter and Butterworth filter are given. The simulation result of PSPICE is in good agreement with the theoretical analysis, which verifies the feasibility of this method.
