棉花黄萎病是由大丽轮枝菌Verticillium dahliae引起的维管束病害,分布范围广、危害严重且缺乏有效的防治手段,被称为棉花的“癌症”[1]。采用拮抗微生物来防治棉花黄萎病已经成为该领域的研究热点。生防微生物一般从自然环境分离而来,对环境友好、不易产生抗药性,本试验从棉田土壤中分离筛选出对大丽轮枝菌具有高效拮抗效果的菌株LW-4,以期为防治棉花黄萎病提供生防资源。1材料与方法
