职业学校中学前教育专业的主要职能是向社会输送合格的幼儿教师。而作为幼儿教师,能够独立、准确、流畅地弹奏乐曲,并能够为儿歌伴奏,根据具体情境的需求选择恰当的音乐是其最基本的从业技能。同时,随着社会的进步,家长对幼儿教师素质的要求越来越高,幼儿园选择教师的标准也越来越高,这对学前教育专业钢琴教学也提出了更高要求。因此,如何才能提高教学效果、培养出优秀的幼儿教师也成为了钢琴教师必须思考的问题。基于此,为了充分激发每个学生学习钢琴的热情和潜能,使他们在钢琴的学习中收到满意的效果,本人在钢琴教学中,除了采取传统的以教师为主体的单调、被动的教学模式外,还力求使学生能够参与到教学活动中去,更注重师生互动、生生互动、学生与教学内容的互动,突出学生的主体性。
