Mao Tse-tung’s role in all seven major preparations, the convening of the General Assembly, the formulation of the Seventh Congress, the conduct of the election and the implementation of the spirit of the General Assembly fully reflected Mao’s outstanding contributions to the Seventh Congress of the CPC. This is not only an important practice of strengthening the great project of party building, but also a central embodiment of party politics, ideological and theoretical construction as well as style construction.
