目的:分析感染科医护人员可能存在的职业暴露危险因素,采取有效的防护对策,保护感染科医护人员的人身安全。方法:探讨感染科医护人员职业暴露中含有的危险因素,制定相应的规范化的保护措施,及时培训医护人员职业安全防护方面的知识,使其能够熟练的应用防护措施保护自身安全。结果:对感染科医护人员进行防护教育后,明显地提高了自我防护意识及防护方法。结论:要减少感染科医务人员职业暴露,就需要针对感染科医务人员职业暴露危险因素的特点,制定有效的防护措施。切实关注感染科医护人员这个易感群体,重视保护医护人员的职业暴露,确保医护人员的身心健康,减少医院感染的发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the possible risk factors of occupational exposure for medical staff in infectious department and to take effective countermeasures to protect the personal safety of medical staff in infectious department. Methods: To explore the risk factors contained in the occupational exposure of medical staff in infectious diseases and to develop corresponding standardized protection measures to timely train the occupational safety and health protection knowledge of medical staff so that they can skillfully apply protective measures to protect their own safety. Results: After preventive education was carried out for medical staff in infectious diseases, the self-protection awareness and prevention methods were obviously improved. Conclusion: In order to reduce the occupational exposure of medical staff in infectious department, effective protective measures should be formulated according to the characteristics of risk factors of occupational exposure of medical staff in infectious department. Pay close attention to the vulnerable groups of infection prevention staff, pay attention to the protection of occupational exposure of medical staff, ensure the physical and mental health of medical staff and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
