武汉大学出版社的同仁们将研究、总结编辑出版工作经验的一本论文集命名为《作嫁集》,朱家万先生著文题曰《为人作嫁终不悔》。在我从事编辑工作的漫长岁月里,“为人作嫁”这个字眼不知听过多少遍!然而在不同场合,它却有着完全不同的含意,有社会人士对编辑工作的贬抑,有编辑本身的自怨自艾,但更多的时候,是人们对编辑工作者甘为人梯的奉献精神的肯定和赞扬。武大出版社的同仁和朱家万先生写书著文当然是属于后者。 作编辑工作,确实是要点奉献精神的。当一篇篇、一本本的文稿书稿,经过你辛勤、创造性的劳动,变成精美的期刊、图书的时候,你得严严实实地把自己隐藏在背后;当一个个作者在你的帮助下,一步步成长为作家、学者、名人,而你仍然是一个默默无闻
Wuhan University Press colleagues will study and summarize the editing and publishing work experience of a collection of papers named as “marry set”, Mr. Zhu Jiawan’s article entitled “man-made marry do not regret.” However, on different occasions, it has completely different meanings. Some people in the community have belittled the editorial work. There are editorial self-esteem, but in the meantime, More often, it is the affirmation and compliment that people are devoting their lives to the editors.
