随着城市的建筑物高度的不断增加,地基基坑的深度也相对有了更多的深度变化。特别是进入二十一世纪以后,出现了许多高层、超高层建筑,日后建筑还会往更高更密集的方向发展,这对深基坑支护技术又提出了更高的要求。通过对大量的工程实例的研究,可以概括以下几点深基坑技术的发展趋势:湿式喷射混凝土取代干式喷射混凝土;内支撑或新型锚杆逐步普及应用;防渗墙引入深基坑支护技术;井点回灌技术引入深基坑支护技术;深层搅拌或注浆技术引入深基坑支护技术;主动研发有效的防基坑壁侧向变形技术。以上就是目前需要解决的深基坑支护技术的发展趋势。
With the increasing height of the city’s buildings, the depth of foundation pit has relatively more depth changes. Especially after entering the 21st century, many high-rise and super-high-rise buildings have appeared, and the buildings in the future will move toward higher and denser areas. This puts forward higher requirements on the support technology of deep foundation pit. Through a large number of engineering examples, we can summarize the following trends in the development of deep foundation pit technology: wet shotcrete replaces dry shotcrete; the inner support or new anchor is gradually popularized and applied; and the cutoff wall is introduced into deep foundation pit support Technology; well point recharge technology into the deep foundation pit support technology; deep mixing or grouting technology to introduce deep foundation pit support technology; active research and development of effective anti-pit wall lateral deformation technology. The above is the current development trend of deep foundation pit support technology to be solved.
