通过分析1例类固醇性糖尿病(SDM)患者血糖升高的原因及其临床特点,并提出相应的用药建议,使患者血糖控制良好,因此只有药师充分了解相关疾病知识,才能与临床医生共同制定给药方案,将GC对患者血糖的不利影响降至最低,促进合理用药。
By analyzing the causes and clinical features of elevated blood glucose in one patient with steroid-induced diabetes (SDM) and proposing appropriate medication recommendations to control the patient’s glycemic control, only pharmacists who fully understand the underlying disease knowledge can work with clinicians to develop Drug program, the adverse effects of GC on patients with blood glucose to a minimum, to promote rational drug use.
