党中央国务院部署京津冀协同发展战略以来,京津冀三地政府高度重视,采取切实有效措施,努力推进京津冀协同发展。高度重视重视的程度决定成效几何。三地政府都视京津冀协同发展是机遇、是解决问题的关键所在,因此都不遗余力。王海臣:推进京津冀协同发展,是党中央、国务院在新的历史条件下做出的重大战略决策,也是落实首都城市战略定位的必由之路。
