本文通过真空共蒸发制备了酞菁铜 酞菁铅复合膜。光电子谱测试发现真空共蒸发制备的复合膜中同时具有铜和铅的成分 ,相对含量与源中酞菁铜与酞菁铅的含量有关。光吸收谱分析表明复合膜的吸收带 (Q带 )明显发生宽化 ,其波长覆盖范围扩展到 6 0 0~ 12 0 0nm。进一步分析表明复合膜的吸收谱并不是酞菁铜和酞菁铅吸收谱的简单叠加 ,尤其是在近红外波段复合膜的吸收有所加强 ,吸收边有明显的红移现象 ,本文对这一现象进行了简单的描述。
In this paper, copper phthalocyanine composite films were prepared by vacuum co-evaporation. The results of photoelectron spectroscopy showed that the composite film prepared by vacuum co-evaporation had both copper and lead components, and the relative content was related to the content of copper phthalocyanine and lead phthalocyanine in the source. Optical absorption spectra showed that the absorption band (Q band) of the composite film obviously broadened, and its wavelength range was extended to 600 ~ 1200 nm. Further analysis shows that the absorption spectrum of the composite membrane is not a simple superposition of the absorption spectra of copper phthalocyanine and lead phthalocyanine, especially the absorption of the composite membrane in the near infrared band is strengthened, and the red edge shift of the absorption edge is obvious. In this paper, The phenomenon has been briefly described.
