编者按:青年教师的成长是学校发展永恒的主题之一。为青年教师的发展提供帮助、搭建平台,让他们能够得到更好更快的发展,一直是三门峡市阳光小学教师队伍建设的重要内容。经过长期的实践探索,学校以教师沙龙为载体,让教师教教师,帮助青年教师专业成长,也为学校的发展、壮大注入了源头活水。本期我们刊发了一组介绍三门峡市阳光小学开展教师沙龙活动的文章,愿更多的教师带着思考,找到适合自己专业成长的道路。
Editor’s Note: The growth of young teachers is one of the eternal themes of school development. Helping the development of young teachers and setting up a platform so that they can achieve better and faster development have always been an important part of the construction of the teaching staff of Sunshine Primary School in Sanmenxia. After a long period of practical exploration, the school teachers Sharon as a carrier, so that teachers teach teachers to help young teachers professional growth, but also for the school’s development, growth into the source of living water. In this issue, we published a series of articles introducing teachers’ salon activity in Sunshine Primary School of Sanmenxia City.
