应用2450MC、600W微波源,对几种模拟生态条件中的钉螺,进行了灭活试验.结果表明:在同一频率下,不同条件中的钉螺致死效应差异明显.它们的辐照半致死量是,“干燥”条件L_D(?)是162.2秒;“湿土”复盖条件L_(D50)是95.5秒:“泥浆”复盖条件L_(D50)是83.2秒.含水量适当的潮湿环境钉螺易敏感致死.
