1.前言普通槽钢和矿用槽邦钢之类的槽形钢材,具有品种规格多,生产和使用量大的特点。其共同的要求是产品截面必须腰平、腿直。技术标准对腿的外缘斜度、腰部挠度、以及肩部钝角,都有严格的要求。除万能轧机外,目前国内广泛使用弯腰、折腰或大斜度孔型系统生产槽形钢材,然后,由矫直设备对腰和腿进行冷矫正的传统工艺。
