在全球化、现代化大潮的席卷下,我国的各个领域都发生了急速的变迁,对各种体制、制度持续且深化地改革一方面极大地提升了变化的速度,另一方面也为更好地适应如此快速地变化提供了适宜的环境。知识的重要性也正是在这般不断变化的环境中被突显出来,它带来了新的经济活力、替换了原有的社会发展动力。随即,知识型员工这一舶来术语引起了广泛的关注和重视,于是怎样才能使这些知识型员工最大限度的实现自身价值就成为了管理领域的新议题。本文从人力资本优化配置的角度出发,在剖析我国社会发展阶段与趋势的基础上,探讨针对知识型员工的管理,以增强管理实践以及技术的效度,真正发挥我国丰富人力资本的潜能与优势。
Under the tide of globalization and modernization, the rapid changes have taken place in various fields in our country.
