1983年1月11~13日煤炭部技术发展司在徐州召开了矿用隔爆技术馈电开关鉴定会。这种开关是煤炭科学研究院开采所,徐州煤矿机械厂联合锦州8230厂共同研制的。随着综合机械化采煤技术的发展,煤矿井下设备容量增大,负荷集中,供电电压提高(1140伏)。另一方面,煤矿又具有工作环境恶劣,维修条件困难的特点。为确保生产和人身安全,需要研制一种断流容量高,保护性能完善的新型馈电开关做为移动变电站低压侧的配电总开关,或做为供电线路的分支开关。
