全省广大農村,1957年秋季以來,普遍地进行过大辯論。这次辯論,对于提高广大農民的政治觉悟,坚定走社会主义道路的信心,掀起社会主义生產高潮等,都起了很大的作用,因此是很有成績的。但是,对于人民內部許多問題的辯論,特別是干群关系、上下关系的辯論,却是很不夠的。有些地方把辯論变成了干部对群众的講話,变成了只准说一面話,个別地方甚至变成了少数坏干部随便整人的手段,这就不完全符合甚至違背了大辯論的原來目的。原來的目的是要:(一)社会主义思想茌農村的陣地得到巩
Since the autumn of 1957, the majority of the province’s rural areas have generally held excessive debates. This debate has played a very significant role in raising the political awareness of the vast majority of peasants, resolutely adhering to the socialist road, and setting off a climax of socialist production. However, the debate on many issues among the people, especially the relations between the cadres and the masses, between the upper and lower levels, is not enough. In some places, the debate has been turned into a speech made by the cadres to the masses. It has become a mere means of saying only one word and even a handful of bad cadres in a few places. This does not completely or even violate the original debate purpose. The original purpose was to: (1) Socialist ideas and positions in rural areas be consolidated
