精彩亮相伴随着“北京古玩城书画艺术世界”地下一层艺术馆中响起的清脆槌音,首家二手房专业拍卖市场宣告落地京城。由北京天地久拍卖有限公司、建亚世纪拍卖有限公司联合举办的二手房拍卖市场首场拍卖会于4月24日精彩亮相,会上拍卖的二手房主要来源是个人委托、银行委托和企业存量房。供拍卖的房源比较充足,覆盖了城八区,其中有望京社区、亚运村社区、国贸CBD社区、回龙观社区、和平里社区、方庄小区等等,包括住宅、写字楼、商铺、别墅等多个品种。
