据报道有一哺乳妇女于分娩前4周至分娩后5天(分娩当天除外)期间服用异搏定治疗阵发性室上性心动过速。使用剂量为每次80mg,每日3次。于分娩后第3天和第5天哺乳时收集乳液并同时采集母亲血样,分别测定两样品中异搏定的浓度。结果证明异搏定在乳汁中的平均浓度为血清浓
It has been reported that a lactating woman is taking verapamil for the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia during 4 weeks before delivery to 5 days after delivery (except on the day of childbirth). Dosage of 80mg each time, 3 times a day. Milk was collected during breastfeeding on the third and fifth day after childbirth while the mother’s blood samples were collected and the concentrations of verapamil were determined in the two samples. The results show that verapamil in milk in the average concentration of serum concentration
