螺旋滚筒是滚筒采煤机的工作机构,它兼有截煤和装煤的功能。将模糊理论应用于采煤机螺旋滚筒结构参数的优化设计,能充分考虑影响截割比能耗的各种因素的模糊性。通过建立数学模型、确定设计变量和选取约束条件及其隶属函数,并进行求解,使滚筒参数的设计结果更能符合工作实际,从而提高采煤机的工作效率。
Spiral drum is the working mechanism of drum shearer, which combines the functions of coal cutting and coal loading. The fuzzy theory is applied to the optimization design of structural parameters of shearer spiral drum, which can fully consider the fuzziness of various factors that affect the cutting energy consumption. Through establishing mathematical model, determining design variables, selecting constraints and membership functions, and solving them, the design results of drum parameters can be more in line with the actual work, so as to improve the work efficiency of shearer.
