我国铁路桥梁上架设的中小跨度梁跨所用的支座,其高度较低,例如弧形支座净高仅180mm。目前这种支座的上摆锚固螺栓普遍折断,整治这类病害时需把梁顶起才能作业。但目前国内生产的50t千斤顶高度都在300mm以上,不能直接放在梁下的墩台面上进行顶梁,因此急需一种矮型大吨位的千斤顶。
