社会的发展与进步促进了我国建筑行业的蓬勃发展,因此在新的社会环境下,建筑企业也要与时俱进的更新自身老旧的人力资源管理观念,不断优化自身的人力资源管理工作,推动建筑行业的进一步发展。本文在对人力资源管理工作的重要性与建筑行业的人力资源管理现状进行介绍分析的基础上,对优化建筑企业人力资源管理的有效措施进行了研究。
